There was a morning.
It wasn't dramatic. I was standing at a kitchen counter, the kettle was on, and I realised with an almost embarrassing calm that I had been living a life that was beautifully arranged, and quietly not mine.
This is not a résumé. It is the honest account of the woman who made RemindHer and why, when you walk into her room, you'll feel understood before you've even spoken.

"I've rebuilt my own life
enough times that I know
how to sit beside a woman rebuilding hers."
If any of this sounds like you…
Let me remind you, weekly.
RemindHer wasn't built from a whiteboard. It was built from a life. Here is the shape of that life not the highlights, the honest bits.
It wasn't dramatic. I was standing at a kitchen counter, the kettle was on, and I realised with an almost embarrassing calm that I had been living a life that was beautifully arranged, and quietly not mine.
The career. The house. The good relationships. The right answers when people asked how I was. And underneath all of it, a woman I had stopped listening to somewhere around the age of twenty-nine.
Not with a grand plan. With a quieter question what would I choose, if I were choosing? And then, slowly, the harder work of actually choosing it. Rebuilding a life is not a moment. It is a thousand small acts of honesty.
Through motherhood. Through the end of things I thought were permanent. Through leading teams, building businesses, walking into rooms of financial services men and being the only woman at the table. Through starting over when the map I had was no longer the map I needed.
Corporate. Divorce. Beginning again with no guarantee it would work. Questioning myself at two in the morning. My credibility isn't a certificate on a wall it's that I have walked this, more than once, and I know which part is actually hard.

Everything she teaches,
she has first had to learn
in her own life.
Not as a guru. As someone who has consistently created the kind of room where people feel safe enough to tell themselves the truth and brave enough to act on it.
Twenty-five years of it. Boardrooms and living rooms. First-time founders and third-act women. The conversations that decide a life.
Built and led teams. Owned and run businesses. Know the loneliness of the top seat and the price of the decisions no one else sees you make.
Two decades inside an industry that taught her exactly how women get talked around, talked over and quietly talked out of their own money and their own lives.
Trained in NLP and coaching, but she wears it lightly. What she actually does is create rooms where people feel safe enough to tell themselves the truth and brave enough to act on it.
Has spent years gathering women in real rooms. Knows the difference between an audience and a community, and how to hold the second one honestly.
The great re-meeting of yourself. The role that has quietly informed every conversation she has had since.

She will not perform for you. She will not sell you a version of yourself you have to become. She will not hand you a five-step plan and call it transformation.
What she will do is see you clearly often more clearly than you are willing to see yourself and hold that seeing with such steadiness that you begin, quietly, to trust it.
She will challenge you. With compassion. And she will notice the thing in you that you had almost decided to stop believing in.
RemindHer wasn't created because
she had all the answers.
It was created because she discovered that
remembering who you are changes everything.
You’re not choosing between offers. You’re choosing how you want to experience the RemindHer Method.
The operating system behind every transformation. It changes how she sees herself.
The practical pathway. Where identity becomes action it changes how she lives.
Where you are and what comes next.
A quiet first conversation. No pitch, no pressure.
The heartbeat of the movement. One room, once a month.
Six women. One intentional day of coaching, challenge and momentum.
Signature Programme
The signature programme. A long arc, a small cohort.
A private day, built entirely around you.
The long-term home. A room to keep returning to.
This is only the beginning.
I’ll send you one reminder each week to help you keep moving.
Before you go…
If no one has reminded you lately…
You can do hard things.
